Original Owner's Limited Lifetime Warranty

COVERAGE
Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this warranty certificate, Quality Edge warrants that the underside deck panels composed of an aluminum alloy substrate and covered with a layer of ultra high definition art or paint, manufactured by Quality (the "Products")will not crack, rust, split, warp or sag, and the ultra high definition artwork layer or paint applied to the Products will not fade(beyond normal, uniform fading due to weathering and aging), blister, delaminate, crack, peel or suffer from filiform corrosion, for as long as the original purchaser(the "Owner")is living and is the owner of the property to which the said Products were applied. Quality Edge further warrants that properly installed Products will not leak for so long as the Owner is living and is the owner of the property to which the Products were applied, but does not warranty against leaks caused by conditions not covered by this Warranty.

DEFECT COMMUNICATION
If your Products exhibit a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, write to Quality Edge, ATTN: Warranty Services Department, 2712 Walkent, Walker, MI 49544, describing the defect and providing your name, property address, date of installation and a copy of this certificate. Provided the terms and conditions of this warranty are met and the claim is properly reported as stated, Quality Edge will, in its sole discretion, either refinish, replace, or repair the defective Products, or refund the actual purchase price of the defective Products. Quality Edge will perform its obligations under this warranty, weather permitting, within 120 days, but not more than 180 days after receipt of notice of defect. Additionally, Quality Edge reserves the right to inspect Products claimed to be defective within a reasonable period of time after it receives your claim.

CONDITIONS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
This warranty does not include installation or defects occurring as a result of improper installation(including without limitation, the use of non-ceramic screws and or barrier protection between aluminum components of the Products and treated lumber), or damage caused by distortion, movement, or cracking or settling of the deck structure on which the Products are installed. It covers only the specific manufacturing defects described herein and excludes any other damages or material failures including, but not limited to, failure to provide normal maintenance and cleaning with detergent or diluted bleach solutions. Caustic cleaning solutions should not be used and damage resulting from their use will not be covered. Additionally, damage resulting from accident or casualty, abuse, misuse, improper handling or storage, acts of God, vandalism, wind-blown objects; or damage caused by corrosive or aggressive atmospheres such as those contaminated with chemical fumes or salt spray, either directly applied or in the atmosphere are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from direct exposure of Products to the sun or copper treated lumber. Uniform fading and color change are not covered by this warranty, since weathering and aging will cause any colored surface to fade, darken, chalk or acquire a surface accumulation of dirt and stains. The severity of these conditions depends on air quality, the geographic location of your property and other local conditions over which Quality Edge has no control

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Quality Edge will be responsible for the cost of refinishing or repairing defective Products, or for the cost of replacing defective Products or, where applicable, for a refund of the original purchase price. The term of this warranty will not be extended by any warranty repairs. This limited warranty is applicable only to Products installed in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only. This warranty is not transferable.

Quality Edge reserves the right to discontinue or change the Products. If for any reason the Products originally installed are no longer available at the time of the defect and Quality Edge elects to replace the defective Products, Quality Edge will have the right to substitute with an aluminum panel product determined by Quality Edge, in its sole discretion, to be of equal quality and price.

THIS WARRANTY SUPERSEDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF QUALITY EDGE, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE BE LONGER THAN THE WARRANTY PERIOD PROVIDED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS; THEREFORE, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL QUALITY EDGE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON OR PROPERTY RESULTING FROM A BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS ON OR EXCLUSIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES MAY BE PROHIBITED BY LAW IN SOME STATES AND MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES THE OWNER SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. THE OWNER MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND/OR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF.

Quality Edge prohibits its distributors, dealers or representatives from changing the terms of this warranty in any way. This writing contains the entire agreement between Quality Edge and the Owner and excludes all other warranties from all other persons including, without limitation, distributors, dealers, contractors and installers of the Products.
